Book an appointment
Update 16/5/20: Welcome to online appointments. Our governing bodies, Health Care and Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) have updated their policies. Due to COVID-19, all patients require a virtual appointment initially, and if required this can be progressed to a face to face appointment if further assessment or treatment are needed.
With 20 years of physiotherapy experience, I know that much of the information we need, we gain from what you tell us. We then use various movements and tests to confirm or narrow down a diagnosis, some of which we can see you doing on a video link. The aim is to teach you (or family members) what to do so you can improve things yourself. If between us we decide you require a face to face appointment for further assessment or treatment, this will be booked ASAP (you will only be charged for a face to face appointment).
Appointments can be booked online, email or phone. A confirmation email will be sent, if you are a new patient or haven’t been for a while the email will contain a link to a general medical form, please complete and submit. If you need a face to face appointment please also complete the link to a COVID-19 screening form within 24 hours of your appointment time. For the short term I will be doing face to face appointments from my physio room at home (Stoke Holy Cross- 8 mins drive from the clinic) to reduce the number of people there. I have also swapped my comfortable tracksuit trousers and polo for gloves and a clean tunic and trousers for every patient. All clothing and physio bed coverings are being washed at 60deg. I will wear a mask for vulnerable patients and anyone who requests.
Please contact us if you are unsure whether your issue can be treated virtually or you have a specific time needed that is not specified on the online booking calendar.
